For anything tied to a purchase — shipping, tracking, returns or a problem with your item — message us from within your Etsy order so we can see the details and help right away. Eligible orders are covered by Etsy Purchase Protection.

Checkout, payment and shipping are handled securely by Etsy — we never see your card details.
